Remove blank rows from notes, exports, and copied documents without changing populated lines.
Tighten notes, exports, and copied documents by removing blank rows without changing the content of the remaining lines.
Only empty rows are removed. Text, punctuation, indentation, and the order of populated lines remain unchanged.
The Clean panel shows how many changes the empty-line rule will make before it edits the document. Undo restores the removed spacing.
